4. Macfont Janet Loader

A macintosh font is loaded and managed by Janet using the function macfont-load.

Things are loaded into a special struct for janet called janet_macfont_d. This contains an instance of macfont_info and the buffer.

This struct is stored as a Janet abstract type, and will be automatically freed by Janet.
